Best Thing Ever

I'm not a huge candy fan, I crave it every once in a while but other than that, I dont eat it. I'm not a girl that needs her chocolate, in fact i don't really like chocolate. But theres one time a year when a certain candy takes over my life and that's Easter. You see my friend, this little company called Hershey makes the best thing ever. Reeses peanut butter eggs. I dont even like Reeses peanut butter cups but there's something about the eggs that make my toes curl (at least something does.) I'm trying to stick to a eating plan but these little suckers are messing it up. I figure that if they're only available once a year, I need to make the most of it.

TP & PT

Honest to pete, why the hell do toilet paper and paper towels cost so freaking much? I mean, aren't they both made of paper? You can get a 800 page notebook for 50 cents. The same goes for laundry detergent. I'm sorry, but what the frack????? Dawn is like $2.00 and it lasts me 11 months. I'm so sick of this crap.

I gatta go, Walmart has a sale on notbooks.

Girls!

The time has come to say goodbye to the girls. Thats right folks, I'm getting a breast reduction. this has been a long time coming and something I've pondered for years, since high school.

Many people look at me like I'm a window licker when I say it was a really tough decision for me. They think it's so obvious...with boobs as big as mine, why wouldn't I get rid of them. I have no fear of surgery, the pain after which i've heard is pretty intense, scares me but it's not what made the decision difficult. It's hard to describe why it took so long to decide, I guess because they've been a part of me for almost all of my life. I'm also terrified I won't like what they look like and then I'm stuck with these uglies fun bags. But, I'm so over the pain and headaches that it has to be done.

I got a referral from a friend who had it done, she highly recommended a doctor at a plastic surgery office in Edina. I met with him about a week ago. I dragged my friend Cindy with me cuz my mom couldnt go. I needed someone to take notes and keep me from puking on the doctor's botoxed face. Measurments were done, pictures were taken...he showed me how they would do the procedure. No worries, I'm having the type where they leave your areola hanging on by a thread instead of removing it completely. Fun. This will allow ducts to stay in place so I can breast feed. This also means he can't remove a lot of the mass, so I'm limited in how small I can go. I wanted to go to a D which he said is doable, so that was relief. No staples, just dissolvable stitches. I'll have to wear tape on my incisions for 3 months and will be off of work for 2-3 weeks.

I did hit a speed bump in the process, insurance denied my claim, my doc couldnt believe it given how large my boobs are. So, I have to go to 6 weeks of physical therapy to prove that doesnt help. There are also some other medical things my doc needs to provide. So the timing of this has been delayed a bit. I now have to wait for a girl at work to get back from maternity leave. So the surgery will be in August or September sometime.

You still have a few months to sneak a peek (if you havent already). I already showed one of my friends husband's. May as well let them be seen since they'll be gone soon.
